Yes. We review the property first: flood zone designation (AE, VE, or X), elevation requirements, setbacks, utilities, and access. Then we give you an honest assessment of feasibility before design and pricing move forward. We evaluate the site before you build on it, not after.
LDG’s primary residential focus is Southwest Florida, including Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Sarasota. Select projects in additional Florida and Georgia markets may be considered depending on scope, location, and project fit.
