1. They are a licensed real estate professional and are registering the client before the client has contacted LDG directly, unless otherwise approved by LDG in writing.
2. They have an active buyer-broker agreement or other written representation agreement with the client, as required by applicable law, brokerage policy, and program requirements.
3. The client has given permission for the real estate professional to share the client’s name, contact information, project interest, and related details with LDG.
4. Commission, referral, or bonus eligibility is not automatic and is subject to valid client registration, client consent, representation documentation, procuring cause, program eligibility, a completed qualifying transaction, closing, and any applicable written agreement.
5. Any commission, referral fee, or bonus, if earned, will be paid only according to the applicable written agreement, closing documents, brokerage requirements, program terms, and applicable law.
6. LDG may decline, reject, modify, or remove a registration if the client was already in communication with LDG, already registered by another real estate professional, not properly represented, not eligible under the program, or if required documentation is not provided.
7. LDG may request additional documentation before recognizing a registration, referral, commission, or bonus claim.
8. Submitting a registration does not guarantee commission, bonus, compensation, client acceptance, project acceptance, contract execution, or closing.
9. The submitting real estate professional confirms that all information submitted is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Realtor Partnership Program details may be updated, modified, paused, or discontinued by LDG at any time. Any final compensation-related terms should be confirmed in writing by the appropriate parties.

12. Vendor and Subcontractor Submissions

LDG may allow vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, or service providers to submit information through the website.

Submitting vendor information does not create a contract, approved vendor status, subcontractor relationship, purchase order, work authorization, or obligation for LDG to request pricing, issue work, or engage services.
