With more than 23 years of experience in the construction industry, Derrick has built his career on a simple philosophy: successful projects are built through trust, disciplined execution, and unwavering accountability.Recognizing that traditional construction often requires clients to coordinate multiple architects, engineers, designers, consultants, and contractors, Derrick envisioned a more integrated approach. Together with his wife, Kimberly, and their daughter, Jadyn, he founded Lifestyle Development Group to provide clients with a seamless development experience by bringing planning, design, engineering coordination, permitting, construction management, and construction under one organization.As President, Derrick provides strategic leadership across all divisions of the company, overseeing business development, project execution, operational strategy, and long-term growth. His experience spans luxury custom homes, commercial construction, land development, investment partnerships, construction management, and design-build delivery.
