For more than 23 years, construction has been more than my profession, it has been my passion. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that successful projects are never defined solely by the buildings we construct. They’re defined by the trust we earn, the relationships we build, and the lasting value we create for our clients and the communities we serve.
When my wife, Kim, our daughter, Jadyn, and I founded Lifestyle Development Group, we set out to build more than a construction company. We wanted to create an organization built on integrity, accountability, craftsmanship, and a genuine commitment to serving people. We believed clients deserved more than a contractor. They deserved a trusted partner capable of leading every phase of their project with confidence, transparency, and excellence.
Throughout my career, I saw talented architects, engineers, designers, consultants, and contractors working independently instead of collaboratively. Too often, clients were left coordinating the process themselves, resulting in unnecessary complexity, delays, and frustration. We believed there had to be a better way.
That belief became the foundation of Lifestyle Development Group.
Today, we are a fully integrated development company, bringing together planning, architecture, engineering coordination, land development, design, permitting, construction management, and construction under one organization. By simplifying the development process through one coordinated team, we help our clients move from vision to completion with greater clarity, efficiency, and confidence.
As our company has grown, each member of our family has helped shape its future through experience, leadership, and hard work.
My wife, Kimberly Henderson, serves as our Vice President of Design and is the CEO of Designs by Kimberly Renee, our award-winning full-service design firm. Her leadership has elevated our design experience by bringing together architecture, interior design, engineering coordination, and thoughtful planning to create projects that are as functional as they are beautiful.
Our daughter, Jadyn Henderson, represents the next generation of leadership within our organization. She began her career as a Realtor and, through dedication and proven performance, earned every opportunity that followed: first as Vice President of Sales and today as our Chief Operating Officer. Every promotion reflected her leadership, commitment, and results, not her last name. She has been instrumental in building the operational systems, accountability, and culture that continue to drive our company’s growth.
As a family-owned company, our name is attached to every project we undertake. That responsibility is deeply personal. We don’t measure success solely by the buildings we deliver. We measure it by the relationships we build, the trust we earn, and the reputation we leave behind.

Entrepreneurship has always been part of who I am. I enjoy building organizations that solve problems, develop leaders, and create opportunities for others to succeed.
